Emma Rich

Emma Rich is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Varndean College since May 2015, Emma previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at retailTRUST for a brief period in early 2015 and was HR Manager at the West London Synagogue of British Jews from April 2014 to April 2015. Additional roles include serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Ramblers and as an HR Adviser at Greenpeace, where Emma worked for nearly 13 years. Educational qualifications include a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Policy from the University of Kent.
