Meeta Patel

Meeta Patel has over 30 years of experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as a Communications Assistant at Varndean College since November 2022. Prior to this role, Meeta held various positions at ROCC Housing Technology Solutions, including Pre-sales Support and Events Manager and Marketing Manager from January 2005 to October 2022. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Marketing Consultant at Orange International in 2002, where consultancy services were provided for direct marketing setup across European countries. Earlier roles at BTopenworld involved establishing a broadband market analysis team and focusing on market share data to shape marketing strategies. Meeta's extensive background also includes significant achievements at BT Consumer Markets, where a campaign budget of £12 million was managed to enhance profitability by £75 million through strategic marketing initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Women's Management Development Programme from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Leicester.
