Amie Seymour

Amie Seymour is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational risk and technology management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Operational Risk Officer and Vice President at Navy Federal Credit Union since August 2024, Amie is responsible for overseeing all risk dimensions, including operations, technology, and cyber aspects. Previously, Amie held the position of Chief Operational Risk Officer at Varo Bank, where governance of various risk stripes was facilitated to support growth. Furthermore, Amie served as the Chief Technology Risk Officer at USAA, providing comprehensive oversight of operational risk, including information security and third-party management. Other notable roles include leadership positions at Seacoast Bank, Raymond James, DFC Global Corp., and Capital One, where Amie developed a robust background in technology governance and innovation.
