Mason Field

Mason Field is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in art direction and design leadership. Currently serving as Senior Art Director at Varo Bank since May 2023, Mason previously held the position of Senior Designer at Forward from August 2019 to July 2022, where leadership was provided to a team of designers in alignment with company objectives. Prior experience includes roles as Design Systems Lead at Heath Ceramics, Senior Art Director at Uber, and various design positions at Apple and The Graphic Communication Institute, showcasing a strong background in brand strategy, creative direction, and cross-functional collaboration. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2013.
