Sayali Nagmoti-Bhokare

Sayali Nagmoti-Bhokare is currently serving as the Finance Head for the Tech Centre at Varroc, managing multiple engineering business units since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sayali held the position of Plant Finance Controller at Tenneco Inc. from May 2022 to January 2024, and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Costing Specialist at Belden Inc. from January 2020 to May 2022. Sayali's extensive experience includes leadership roles in financial operations at Lear Corporation, where responsibilities spanned purchasing finance across various regions, and positions at Force Motors Ltd and John Deere, focusing on costing and inventory management. Sayali holds professional qualifications in cost accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a CPGA in management accounting from CIMA, and a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Pune.
