Lilit's career began at Rosgosstrakh Armenia as a Recruitment Specialist and Trainee. Lilit’s expertise encompasses HR planning strategies, recruitment processes, and applicant selection techniques. Lilit holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Yerevan State University.
