Nirmal Paul

Nirmal Paul is an experienced professional currently serving as a Program Manager at Varthana since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nirmal was an Associate Program Manager at BYJU'S from May 2021 to December 2023, where product delivery and operations were managed to achieve an impressive average NPS of 8.5. Nirmal's background includes a Fellowship at Teach For India, facilitating learning for 6th graders and significantly improving reading comprehension levels, as well as experience as a Teaching and Learning Intern mapping educational frameworks and developing student habits.
