Meredith Bowers (Paul)

Meredith Bowers (Paul) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Meredith is currently working as a Territory Sales Representative at AgSource since May 2021. Prior to that, they were with Genex as a DEI - Training Services professional, conducting sales trainings and managing the company mentoring program. Meredith also supported field employees for the sales entry system.

Before Genex, they worked at STURM FOODS, INC, a Treehouse Foods Company, as a Product Development Specialist, specializing in formulation development for private label customers. Their responsibilities included developing new formulations for hot beverage products and troubleshooting agglomeration issues.

Meredith also has experience working at Schreiber Foods as a PLM R&D Data Specialist, where they managed raw material setup, assisted in formulation, and interacted with suppliers for information related to nutritional, allergen, Kosher, and Organic certifications.

Prior to Schreiber Foods, they held the position of QA Manager at Daymon Worldwide. In this role, they managed the supplier bid process, utilized market data for new item considerations, and collaborated with sales for product placement and cross-selling initiatives.

Meredith began their career at Johnsonville Sausage as a Product Development professional, focusing on private label products. Meredith was involved in new product development, setting specifications, and improving plant efficiencies.

Throughout their career, Meredith has demonstrated expertise in sales, training, product development, and quality assurance.

Meredith Bowers (Paul) obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1996 to 1999.
