Corey Chyr

Corey Chyr is an experienced construction and development executive currently serving as the Vice President of Construction at VASA FITNESS since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Development at HighSide and Vice President of Construction and Development at Grand Peaks, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating property potential, preparing project budgets, coordinating with design and construction teams, and managing the entitlement process. Corey's earlier positions also include Development Director at RedPeak, overseeing project identification and the development process, and Project Manager roles at Spectrum General Contractors, The Adair Group, and CBRE/Trammell Crow, managing all phases of projects and ensuring alignment with budget and timelines. Corey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is a former member of the RedPeak Senior Leadership Council.
