Alison Krause

Alison Krause currently serves as the Assistant Director of Training at Vassar College's Counseling Services, focusing on the training program for postdoctoral fellows and MSW interns while providing clinical support to students. From January 2023, Alison has also been a Private Practice Clinician at Evergreen Counseling. Previously, Alison was the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Clinical Services at Ramapo for Children, where responsibilities included recruitment, stakeholder relations, and curriculum development. Earlier roles include Mobile Mental Health Clinician at Access: Supports for Living, Behavioral Health Specialist for Child Protective Services in Ulster County, and Program Director for the Suicide Prevention Initiative at The Institute for Family Health. Alison has also held positions at Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc., served as a Cultural Ambassador in Spain, and worked as Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University at Albany.
