Michael C.

Michael C. is a seasoned RF engineer with extensive experience in RF and microwave design, specializing in GaN technology and LIDAR systems. Currently serving as Principal RF Engineer at VAST, Michael previously managed LIDAR IC design at Efficient Power Conversion, where significant achievements included developing GaN LIDAR laser diode drivers and establishing CAD IT infrastructure. Additional roles at Janteq Corp, Maxim Integrated, Scintera Networks, RoundTrip, RFMD, and the Alfred Mann Foundation contributed to expertise in RFIC design, system validation, and test automation across various communication platforms. Michael holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
