Doron Aberman

Doron Aberman serves as the Legal & Compliance Manager and Group Legal Advisor at VAT IT since May 2019, providing expertise in drafting and reviewing agreements, offering commercial legal advice, and assisting various group entities with legal matters across jurisdictions such as the UK, USA, and the Middle East. Prior to this role, Doron Aberman worked at Jason Michael Smith Inc. Attorneys from December 2016 to May 2019, first as a Professional Assistant (Junior Attorney) managing litigation and commercial practices, and earlier as a Candidate Attorney responsible for managing litigation files and court proceedings. Doron Aberman began the legal career as a Vacation Student at the same firm before commencing articles of clerkship in January 2017. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand between 2013 and 2016.
