Lauren Urdang

Lauren Urdang has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Learning & Development Team Lead at VAT IT since January 2022, after previous roles as Senior Trainer & Facilitator and Trainer & Facilitator within the same company. Prior to that, Lauren held a PDM Intern position at VAT IT for a brief period in July 2021. Early career experiences include roles as a part-time Retail Salesperson at Villeroy & Boch from September 2019 to May 2020 and at the LEGO Group during the December/January holiday period in 2018. Academically, Lauren is pursuing a Change Management Short Course at the University of Cape Town, following completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Wits Business School and a BA in Law and Organisational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
