Siva Chavva is an experienced entrepreneur and technology leader with a strong background in digital delivery and operations. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of VATION DIGITAL since January 2021, Siva leads the company in its commitment to innovation and client satisfaction. As an entrepreneur and startup mentor at Chavva Venture Capitals since November 2020, Siva advises emerging businesses. Previously, Siva held various senior leadership roles at Genpact as Vice President of Digital Delivery and at Wipro Limited as Chief Delivery and Operations Head for the Ibero-America business. Siva's extensive experience includes roles in global delivery and operations within digital and analytics service lines, as well as business application services. Siva's career also encompasses significant contributions to Happiest Minds Technology, Pablo Honey Consultancy, Cognizant, and Wipro Technologies, establishing practices and driving business growth. Siva holds a BTech in Electronics and Instrumentation from Kakatiya University.
