Morgan Berreth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare insurance industry. Since May 2019, Morgan has served as Chief Executive Officer of Vault Risk Management Solutions at VAULT Strategies, where responsibilities include building and managing the Managing General Underwriter for Vault Health Captive, LLC. Prior to this, Morgan held a role as Executive Vice President for Relationship Management and Risk Strategies, focusing on developing tailored healthcare insurance plans through Captive Programs. Morgan's previous experience at Mercer involved consulting on strategic health and welfare plans, financial reporting, and compliance, while earlier roles at Van Gilder Insurance and J. Krug & Associates emphasized account management and business development in employee benefits. Morgan holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from The Wharton School and a BSBA in Marketing and Management from Drake University.
