Mahdiya Malik (Assoc CIPD)

Mahdiya Malik (Assoc CIPD) has extensive experience in human resources and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Culture & Sustainability at Vaultex UK Ltd since August 2018, where responsibilities include leading HR and CSR campaigns focused on sustainability, diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, and well-being. Prior to this role, Mahdiya held several positions at Teaching Personnel from June 2014 to August 2018, encompassing roles such as HR Officer and Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on managing the entire employee life-cycle and recruitment activities across various regions. Additionally, voluntary HR support experience was gained at Vaultex UK Ltd in 2017, alongside a foundational role as a Sales Assistant at PANDORA during academic studies. Mahdiya holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool and a BSc in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University.
