Maryna Priesnakov

Maryna Priesnakov is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Vaxart, Inc. since December 2022, Maryna has a strong background in month-end close processes, journal entries, accounts reconciliations, and accruals. Prior to this, Maryna held senior accounting positions at Cloudian Inc., where responsibilities included managing accounts receivable and payable for multiple entities, and at Caminar, Inc., focusing on budget analysis and financial projections. Maryna’s earlier experience includes roles as Staff Accountant at both Gatepath and various management positions in customer service roles, alongside internships at PwC and DCM Ventures. Maryna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from San Jose State University.
