Benjamin Jones is an accomplished entrepreneur and leadership coach with extensive experience in the venture capital and technology sectors. Currently serving as Founder Coach at OutStride since January 2021, Benjamin also plays a key role as a Senior Practitioner at VC Talent Lab, where the focus is on enhancing leadership development within the venture capital ecosystem. Additional roles include Founding Advisor at THE GRIM and multiple advisory positions with companies like TalentGrid and Wonderpath. Previous experience includes being a Co-Founder and Chairman at Bitwala, contributing to the intersection of blockchain and traditional finance, and Director at Meteor Factory, a web agency focused on developing visually appealing apps. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
