Jinny Laderer is the founder and CEO of vCreative, a software company that enables media companies to thrive by eliminating costly errors by simplifying the workflow process.
Laderer has over 17 years of experience in the media industry, starting their career as Creative Services Director at St Pier Group. During their time at St Pier Group, Laderer was awarded the 2005 PAB Award for Best Radio Public Service Announcement (writing and producing).
In 2003, Laderer founded TLCreative Advertising LLC, which later became vCreative, Inc. Under Laderer's leadership, vCreative has become one of the leading software solutions for media companies, with clients including local radio & tv stations, networks, digital publishers, and national media companies.
Jinny Laderer attended Meadville Area High School and then The University of Georgia.
