Patti Jackson

Patti Jackson serves as the Senior Director of Development at VCU Massey Cancer Center, where impressive fundraising efforts have generated $11.5 million for various initiatives, including health equity and cancer research. Prior roles include Director of Development and Senior Major Gifts Officer, with notable achievements of raising over $5.76 million and $6.4 million, respectively, for cancer research and treatment. Additionally, Patti is an Adjunct Professor at Randolph-Macon College, teaching an honors course on Virginia’s environment. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society, establishing partnerships with major health systems and corporations, while advocating for cancer research funding. Patti holds a Master’s degree from Virginia Tech and has completed various leadership and fundraising programs.
