Indira Vermeer

Indira Vermeer is currently serving as a Happiness Manager & HR and a Junior HR Business Partner at VDK Groep, where responsibilities include project management for employee experience research, learning and development coordination, and referral recruitment coordination. Previous roles encompass an HR internship at Plan International, a Junior Recruiter position at DDF Business Support, and various HR-related roles at Walibi Holland. Indira also has experience as a customer service representative at Albert Heijn. In terms of education, Indira is pursuing an HBO Bachelor in Human Resource Management at Windesheim and has completed a minor in Labor Law at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, having previously earned a Havo diploma with a focus on Economics and Social Studies from Almere College Kampen-Dronten. During the graduation internship, research was conducted on how VDK Groep can enhance its positioning and profiling in the labor market for Gen Z through social media.
