Yifan Lu

Yifan Lu currently serves as Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at Motional, a position held since July 2021, while also contributing to market development through partnerships, policy, and community engagement. Previously, Yifan held roles in strategic partnerships at Populus, focusing on enhancing urban mobility through data, and worked in the Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics in Boston to drive civic innovation. Yifan's experience also includes corporate development and venture investments at Cisco Investments, technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by a B.S. in Statistics from Cornell University.
