Ricardo Engelen has a strong background in operations management and logistics. Ricardo most recently served as the Director of Operations at Veco Precision since January 2024. Before that, they held the role of Operations Director at Caplugs from June 2019 to January 2024. Engelen also worked as a Plant Manager at RPC Promens Zevenaar from October 2015 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager at Promens from January 2008 to October 2015. Engelen started their career as a Logistics Manager at Promens Zevenaar BV from April 2004 to December 2007.
Ricardo Engelen attended Liemers College Zevenaar from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a VWO degree with a focus on economics. Ricardo then enrolled at HAN University of Applied Sciences from 1991 to 1995, majoring in Logistics and Economics. Later on, they pursued further education at POST HBO from 2003 to 2005, specializing in Bedrijfskunde (Business Administration).
