During their time at The Stronghold Companies, Matthew led the company's digital transformation efforts, growing the IT organization from a 2-person team to a 15-person team with a $5M budget supporting 1300 users. Before that, they worked as an IT Manager at Leader Global Technologies from September 2006 to December 2010, where they led the deployment of IT resources and developed streamlined technology infrastructures. Matthew's work at Leader Global Technologies resulted in significant cost-savings and system scalability. Prior to that, they served as a Senior IT Administrator at JV Industrial Companies, Ltd. from September 2002 to September 2006. In this role, Matthew oversaw the IT aspects of office expansions and growth as the company became a leading industrial service and construction contractor.
