Jeff Chapman

Jeff Chapman serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Vectara since September 2024. Prior to this role, Chapman held several positions at UBS, including Bank CTO and Managing Director, and Head of Banking Technology, also as Managing Director, from July 2022 to September 2024. A career break was taken from January 2022 to June 2022 before which Chapman was the Chief Information Officer for Retail Banking and for Challengers & Growth Countries at ING from August 2016 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at Capital One as MVP in Technology and VP of Digital Software Development from February 2012 to July 2016. Chapman earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLABS between September 1989 and June 1993.
