KAUSTUBH S. is an experienced Engagement Manager at Vector Consulting Group since December 2018, specializing in project leadership across the metal & mining and oil & gas sectors for FORTUNE 500 clients. Responsibilities include strategy formulation, change management, and operational audits, as well as directly interfacing with C-level clients to drive implementation and sustain process improvements. Prior to this role, KAUSTUBH S. served as a Senior Management Consultant, achieving notable output increases for a major furniture manufacturer in India. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager in Project Management at Larsen & Toubro, where project lifecycle management for petrochemical projects was key. KAUSTUBH S. holds a Post Graduate Programme for Executives in General Management from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
