John Hotek has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. John is currently the Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Vector Force Development, where they oversee the workforce solutions department. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at the same company.
Before joining Vector Force Development, Mr. Hotek worked for the US Army TRADOC as the Logistics Lead for Organizational Training & Development. John was responsible for managing logistics and training operations for the organization.
John also served as the Director of Mediterranean Port & Terminal Operations at the US Transportation Command, where they managed an international team and oversaw seaport and terminal operations in various countries.
Mr. Hotek has also held positions at the U.S. Army Europe and Africa, the U.S. Department of State, Army Logistics University, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and GE Power. In these roles, they played a key role in logistics planning and management, program and team management, and leadership development. John'sexperience spans across various sectors, including military, government, and manufacturing.
John Hotek holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from Duquesne University. John also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University. In addition, John Hotek attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, where they studied Strategy, Resource Planning, and Supply Chain Management. John has obtained several certifications, including Project Management Essentials from the Management & Strategy Institute in January 2021, Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) from SOLE-The International Society of Logistics in May 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) from GE Power in September 2001.
