Abhishek Moturu is currently serving as a Junior Fellow at Massey College and as a Student Education Co-Lead for T-CAIREM, where responsibilities include guiding training initiatives for future AI researchers and clinicians. Since April 2021, Abhishek has held the role of Research Assistant at the Vector Institute and has been involved at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute since September 2019, focusing on automated pain detection for older adults with dementia. Additionally, Abhishek has worked at The Hospital for Sick Children since April 2019, contributing to early pediatric cancer detection and outcome prediction research. Academic roles include serving as a Senior Academic Don at the University of Trinity College and previous positions as a Graduate and Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Abhishek is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Toronto, following a Master’s and Honours Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution.
