Adam Renkosinski, CHRL, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Director of AI Talent Initiatives & Analytics at Vector Institute since September 2019, Adam has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Manager of AI Talent Initiatives and Manager of Academic Partnerships. Prior to this, Adam worked at FDM Group from February 2016 to September 2019, progressing from Technical Recruitment Consultant to Recruitment Manager for North America and Canada. Additionally, Adam served as an HR Associate at KEV Group and held military positions as Squadron Commander and Infantry Soldier in the 101st Paratrooper Battalion from December 2011 to December 2013. Adam possesses an iBBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
