Orli Giroux Namian is an accomplished communications professional with a robust background in public relations and communications management. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at the Vector Institute since December 2021, Orli has previously held significant roles such as Director of Media Relations at BMO Financial Group and Vice President of Chapter Relations at the Institute of Corporate Directors. Additional experience includes directing communications for the Minister of Finance in Ontario, managing media relations at The Law Society of Ontario, and providing consulting services as an Independent Communications Consultant. Orli’s career also includes positions with the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada and the Government of Canada, alongside formal education with a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
