Mark Toner serves as the Chief Public Policy & Regulatory Officer and Head of Public Policy & Regulatory Counsel at Vector Limited since March 2016. Previously, Mark was a Partner at Webb Henderson from October 2004 to February 2016 and an Associate in the London Office of Wilmer Hale from February 2003 to October 2004. Mark also held the position of Policy Advisor at the Civil Aviation Authority in the Economic Regulation Group from May 2000 to December 2002 and began a legal career as a Solicitor at Bell Gully from 1997 to 2000. Mark's academic credentials include an Advanced Management Programme from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in July 2018, Post-Graduate Diplomas in EC Competition Law from King's College London in 2001-2002, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honors) in Economics and Law from The University of Auckland, achieved between 1993 and 1997, after completing education at Te Aroha College from 1988 to 1992.
