João Martinho is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Country Manager for Portugal and Global Head of Engineering & Construction Services at Vector Renewables since February 2020. João has a strong background in solar energy, having previously worked as Director of Solar Portfolio at GoldenPeaks Capital Partners AG, where responsibilities included presenting technical and commercial solutions and coordinating the development of solar projects in Argentina. Prior experience includes roles as Projects Director at Trina Solar, where João led the development of solar projects in Japan, and key project management positions at Martifer Solar, with a focus on operations and site management across various European locations. João holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Licentiate degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro.
