Colleen Ryan has a diverse and extensive background in leadership within the energy and defense sectors. Currently serving as the President of Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio since May 2011, Colleen Ryan previously held the position of Vice President for Defense and Aerospace at the Dayton Development Coalition from November 2008 to May 2011. Additionally, Colleen Ryan served as the Commander of the 88th Air Base Wing in the USAF from June 2006 to July 2008, overseeing operations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Colleen Ryan is also a retired officer from the USAF and has transitioned into retirement from Vectren as of February 2019.
