Larry Rogers has extensive experience in the energy sector, serving as a Power Plant Engineer at CenterPoint Energy since April 1998 and at Vectren since April 2001. At Vectren, Rogers has held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Real-Time Electric Transmission Operations, Manager of System Engineering, and Manager of Substations and Transmission, overseeing critical projects related to electric transmission systems and Smart Grid technologies. Prior to the current positions, Rogers worked as a Gas Transmission Engineer at Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company and as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Quality Execution Inc. Additionally, Rogers served in the Army National Guard, achieving the rank of Major before retirement and volunteered with the Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve from 2009 to 2015. Rogers holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Indiana.
