Shelley A Fox

Shelley A Fox has extensive experience at Vectren since December 2006, currently serving as Lead of the New Service Center, where leadership and technical support are provided to employees, with a focus on training and work management for optimal customer service. Prior roles include Lead Work Planner, responsible for planning electric service installations and managing work orders, as well as serving as a core member of the Asset Management Transformation team, implementing new applications to enhance efficiency. Shelley's career at Vectren began in April 2000 as a Single Point of Contact, ensuring accurate work order management and collaboration with Field Supervisors and contractors. Education includes attendance at Harrison High School.
