Chamelle Kearns

Chamelle Kearns has extensive experience in the mining and mineral processing industry, currently serving as the Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer at Vedanta Zinc International and as Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer at Vedanta Resources Limited since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Chamelle worked as Deputy General Manager at Minersa Group's Vergenoeg Mining Company and held various positions, including Metallurgical Manager at Assmang Khumani and Plant Production Manager at Tronox Namakwa Sands Ltd. Chamelle's academic background includes a Master's in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where a scholarship facilitated further studies.
