Hansraj Pegu

Hansraj Pegu is a Business Analyst in Corporate Strategy at Vedanta Group since July 2023. Previously, Hansraj held the position of Business Analyst in the CEO's Office for Ferro-Alloys and participated in the Vedanta Leadership Development Program as a Management Trainee. Educationally, Hansraj completed an MBA in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BTech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from IIT Bhubaneswar. Notable experiences include serving as a Placement Facilitation Team Member at IIM Bangalore, where involvement included facilitating placement processes for over 800 students, as well as working as a CCS Project Associate at TVS Supply Chain Solutions, where Hansraj designed productivity dashboards and optimized labor processes. Other significant roles included Ecommerce Analyst at Taneira, GNAM Delegate for a global network at the University of Indonesia, and various research positions at IIT Bhubaneswar, highlighting a strong foundation in both analytical and research skills.
