Lauren Fleming

Lauren Fleming is an experienced professional in global enablement and instructional technology with a strong background in program design and implementation. Currently serving as the Director of Global Enablement Programs at Veeam Software since December 2016, Lauren has effectively led initiatives resulting in significant reductions in time to productivity for sales representatives and has collaborated closely with various stakeholders to align learning solutions with business needs. Previous roles include positions at PowerUp EDU, Franklin Special School District, PCS, Inc., and multiple school districts as a teacher, contributing to a diverse skill set in educational technology, professional learning, and customer relations. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Valdosta State University, a Master's Degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Western Governors University, and has furthered professional development with corporate learning leadership training from Harvard Business School.
