Lucia Adascalitei

Lucia Adascalitei has extensive experience in sales and financial management, currently serving as Team Leader Inside Sales for Veeam Software since October 2017, focusing on the Netherlands market. Prior roles at Veeam include Inside Sales Team Leader for the Benelux region and Inside Enterprise Account Manager. Lucia's earlier career includes significant positions at Oracle, where responsibilities included selling renewals for high-value service contracts, and various roles in the film industry as a Financial Analyst and Production Accountant. Throughout these roles, Lucia demonstrated a strong ability in customer relationship management, team leadership, and strategic planning. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universitatea „Hyperion” din București, attained in 2011.
