Binyamin Rubin

Binyamin Rubin is a Technology Group Manager at Veeco, where responsibilities include multi-disciplinary team management and the development of ion beam tools for semiconductor markets. Rubin’s background features a significant role as a Senior Research Scientist, leading innovations such as the R&D 100 award-winning Spector HT® optical coating system and the Quest® optical monitoring system. Prior experiences include research positions at Colorado State University and Clemson University, focusing on numerical modeling of ion beam processes and transient flows, respectively. Rubin holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and has an extensive educational foundation, including master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
