Sharon Naller is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People at Lennar following the acquisition of Veev, Sharon has held multiple roles within Veev, including HR Business Partner and Human Resources Specialist, focusing on end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. Previous experience includes being an HR Recruiter at Reali and a Senior Recruiting Manager at iSearch, where responsibilities encompassed managing global recruitment processes for senior-level positions. Earlier in the career, Sharon operated stock market trading systems at Jellyfish. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University, a degree in Chinese Studies from Yunnan Normal University, and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Bar-Ilan University.
