Pasan Wanigasekara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, legal, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Abans Finance PLC, Union Assurance PLC, Vega Innovations, and chargeNET, as well as previously at Softlogic Finance PLC, Wanigasekara has a proven track record in corporate governance and strategic advisory roles. As a Management Consultant since 2017, Wanigasekara has assisted corporations in achieving significant growth through optimized marketing and operations strategies, while also providing legal counsel on complex cases. Notably, Wanigasekara held the position of Director General at the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, leading investment promotion initiatives, and spent over a decade at Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services as Director for the AsiaPac region.
