Lee Sneed has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Currently, Sneed is the Chief Operating Officer at Dexter, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Sneed's most recent role was as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at VSG, a Dover Company, where they also served as the Vice President and General Manager at Chief Automotive. Sneed has also held positions such as Member of the Board of Advisors at Royer Corporation, Member of the Board of Directors at BlitzRotary GmbH and RAVAGLIOLI S.P.A., and General Manager of Business Unit at Prysmian Group. Sneed's earlier experience includes positions such as Operations Manager at International Converter, Unit General Manager at Weyerhaeuser, and Operations Manager at Columbia Forest Products. Sneed began their career as an E5 in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 to 1991.
Lee Sneed obtained an AS degree in Electrical Engineering from York Tech, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Business from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they attended from 2007 to 2009.
