The Company has operations in geographies, including Canada, the United States, France, Italy and Other. The Company's North American operations comprise approximately four manufacturing plants and a distribution facility in Canada, as well as a manufacturing plant and over three distribution facilities in the United States. The Company's overseas operations include manufacturing plants in France, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Korea, Taiwan, India and China.
