Andrey Lukin

Andrey Lukin is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Veles Finance since April 2024. Previously, Andrey held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Galtrader Ltd from June 2022 to April 2024 and served as Deputy CTO in a prior role. Additionally, Andrey was a mentor and course author for Golang at Practicum by Yandex from May 2021 to July 2023 and contributed as Tech/Team Lead at both xpate and Yandex. Educational qualifications include two bachelor's degrees in Economics and Management, and Information Systems from the Baltic State Technical University "Voenmeh" named after D.F. Ustinov, obtained between 2010 and 2016.
