Molly Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Molly most recently worked at VelocityEHS starting in 2018, where they held various roles including Director of Employee Experience & Culture, Employee Experience Manager, and Employee Experience Specialist. Prior to VelocityEHS, Molly worked at SolarCity from 2013 to 2017, where they served as a Senior Program Manager, Program Lead, and Recruiting Coordinator. Molly also gained experience at the Chicago Scholars Foundation from 2009 to 2011, working as a Student Program Manager and Intern.
Molly Thompson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University from 2005 to 2009. Molly also briefly studied at the University of Amsterdam in 2008. Molly has additional certifications in Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Optimizing Diversity on Teams from Coursera, and Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. These certifications were obtained in 2021, 2019, and 2018 respectively.
