Michael Mullis

Michael Mullis serves as the Deputy Director of Service Delivery at Velonex Technologies since April 2024, following the acquisition of Newberry Group Commercial Programs IT. Previously, Michael held the same title at Newberry Group from February 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities included ensuring service delivery aligned with ITIL standards, managing client infrastructure and projects, and collaborating with senior leadership on operational and strategic initiatives. Michael's career began at Next Level Technology, where, from November 2000 to February 2018, responsibilities as Service Manager involved resolving escalated customer issues and managing operations for key accounts. Michael earned an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from Villa Julie College between 1991 and 1994.
