At VELUX, Kent has successfully transformed the marketing function to focus on performance, driven P&L growth, and optimized international service management. Kent's previous roles include Vice President Global Aftermarket and Service, Vice President Global Product Management, and Global Product Director, where significant contributions were made to digital transformation, revenue growth, and market share gains. In addition to VELUX, Kent is a Founding Partner at Reaction Venture Capital, dedicated to driving exponential change.
