Marine Gaillard

Marine Gaillard is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR management and compensation strategies. As the Global Product Owner for HCM, Core Compensation, and Change Management at VELUX since October 2020, Marine has spearheaded the redesign of efficient HR processes supported by Workday as a Global HR Project Manager. Prior experience includes leading compensation and benefits initiatives at Pandora and various roles at Saint-Gobain across the Nordic & Baltic regions. Marine's career began in recruitment at Philips, complemented by a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Business & Management from NEOMA Business School and additional studies in communication and English literature.
