Rikke Dahl Karlsen

Rikke Dahl Karlsen is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as PPM System Manager at VELUX since March 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing project processes and managing the project portfolio in alignment with strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Rikke contributed to project management at VELUX from September 2018 to January 2020, focusing on the development of specialized machinery for production. Rikke’s background includes founding the startup Resleep, which developed an innovative sleep product for children, and work experiences in product management and development across various companies, including Unoliving.com and Flexaworld. Rikke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business Engineering, Innovation, and Product Design from VIA University College and has studied Mechanical Engineering and Commerce at UNSW.
